Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return
Log into your account or visit our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for returning your security equipment.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our technical support team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label via email.
- 3.Package Your Gear
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, including all cables, mounts, and manuals, to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the hardware for functionality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 business days.
